2. Work authorization issued by the General Authority for Labor.
3. Copy of the Memorandum of Association issued by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry.
4. 2 photographs of 6x4 with blue background.
5. The original passport of the sponsored person and a copy thereof.
6. Health insurance receipt.
7. Copy of authorized signatory.
