Family Residence Article 22 (First Time)
1. Application form.
2. The original visa used to enter Kuwait.
3. Medical clearance certificate from Ministry of Health .
4. 2 photographs of 6x4 with blue background.
5. The original passport of the sponsored person.
6. Copy of the civil id card of the sponsor.
7. Receipt of health insurance.
8. Police clearance certificate of the sponsor from the country of origin(over the age of 18 years certified by the Foreign Ministry and the Kuwaiti Embassy, valid for three months from the date of issue).
9. Criminal clearance certificate of the sponsored when over 18 years of age from the Ministry of Interior.
10. Copy of the marriage contract.
